The ADIYA Laminate Tube Process
Laminate tubes begin as flat web stock sourced from leading global suppliers. ADIYA prints, forms, heads, seals, and caps the tubes in a fully integrated process.
1. Printing the Web
Printed using:
- Rotogravure (high-definition, 175–200 LPI)
- Letterpress (sharp text, pharma-grade clarity)
2. Tube Forming
The printed web is formed into a tube sleeve and cut to the exact length.
3. Heading
The sleeve is joined with a precision-molded shoulder using high-strength welding.
4. Sealing & Capping
We offer:
- Hot-air sealing
- Ultrasonic sealing
- Tamper-evident membrane options
- Full range of caps (flip-top, stand-cap, screw caps)
5. Inspection & Packaging
Every tube undergoes:
